Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We from Salv try to ship all orders as quickly as possible. We do this on the same day when possible, but in any case within two working days. Orders that are placed on Friday after noon or during the weekend, we ship the following Monday. An exception applies for national holidays.

Shipping options

We ship for free within the Netherlands from an order of €100, -. Orders up to €100, - we ship for €3.95 (Mailbox) €6.95 (Door package) via DHL.

Shipping abroad

Shipping to Germany and Belgium: 8.95
Send to other countries? Send an email to info@salv.care with your location and the products you want to order.

Pay attention! If you want to have your order shipped to a country outside the EU, it may be that additional taxes or import duties must be paid, these are not included in the price and will be charged separately. We cannot determine these costs in advance.

Returns

At Salv, we understand that you want to experience the items you have received up close. If you want to exchange or return the item afterwards, you can of course! From the moment you receive your order, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to return the order. The shipping costs are for your own account.

Send us an e-mail with your return information to info@salv.care and state the following:

Pack the item carefully, preferably in the original packaging, print the return form and attach it to the item (s) in the package.

Drop your package at a shipping company of your choice and ask for proof of shipping. Pay attention! We are not liable for damage incurred during shipment or lost returns during the shipping process or caused by inadequate packaging. We will therefore not process these returns and return them by return.
